Who We Are

We are a Cheshire based property development & investment company 

Ocean Developments is the building and construction wing of Ocean Systems, a UK Limited company that was born in 1995. We've been in the property business for over 21 years which has seen quite a few highs and lows in the property market fortunes. 

During this time we have developed a core team of highly qualified 'can do' craftsman underpinned by a management team that understand how to run complex projects and importantly how to accurately predict and manage project costs. 

Our services cover the construction and ongoing letting management of both residential and commercial property.

Based in the affluent town of Wilmslow, Cheshire our developments are typically based in and around this desirable location. We actively seek out unique development sites, in prime locations which may at first sight appear tricky and difficult to manage. Typically they may involve complex negotiations with the planning department or be based within a conservation area, green belt, brownfield or indeed all three. 

Our experience in this sector, knowledge of local planning policies and team of professionals which include leading architects and experienced planning consultants ensure we can navigate these complexities - successfully. 

We have a driving ambition to create stunning, desirable homes that are unique and exceed the expectations of our discerning clients. This approach leads us away from 'mass market' house building and allows us to use our deign flair and attention to detail to its best advantage.
