Ocean Developments is a property build and investment company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire with a passion to create, stunning accommodation in the most desirable locations. We specialise in the unique, tricky and occasionally difficult. Whether our starting point is a dilapidated barn, heritage building, unloved house or land we aim to exceed your expectations and create beautiful spaces you'll love to reside in.
We work alongside some of the countries finest architects to ensure our homes suit modern, sustainable living. We incorporate clean, green energy efficient measures into many of our developments which include the use of solar power and renewable ground source technologies.
Our new homes benefit from 10 year structural warranties by leading providers including NHBC and CRL. The properties we let and manage offer an extremely high standard of accommodation.
The sites we buy are unique and impressive and we strive to avoid the 'mass development' of conventional house building. We've never used the same design twice so you can be sure you will receive a distinctive and individual home.
