Rotherwood House

Rotherwood House is a development of offices and retail accommodation based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The original building had not been maintained for a considerable period and was in a poor state of disrepair. The aim was to update the building to create stylish office accommodation on the first floor and a retail outlet on the ground floor. The roof was completely removed and replaced with new slate, the building required re-wiring, re-plumbing and re-plastering. The internal layout was altered to cater for  the needs of the incoming occupants. Category 2 office lighting was installed, structured data cabling throughout the building and a data server / comms room located on the ground floor. Oak flooring was then fitted throughout and the building received a fresh coat of Farrow & Ball paint. The newly renovated building has been continuously let since its completion.
